It's been 7 months since I've posted here because I thought I had broke something. But now I see all is somewhat stable so I will try it again. Its a cold day with little or no snow on the roads yet I still was behind a bunch of heavy and slow traffic. It seems snow on the roads is no factor at how incompetent people can be behind the wheel. Maybe it is related to temperature and the fact that that it is a cold snowy day.
