Remote Earing

The cicadas have come and gone and I never recorded them. I used to use a PZM microphone to record my friend’s band and also make recordings of thunderstorms. This mic really does well for loud sounds and high frequency noise. I guess I will have to wait 17 years until I can get these buggers recorded.
